The guys were careful

Honestly, I was a bit worried before booking, but they did a great job. They showed up about 10 minutes late, but after that everything went smoothly. The guys were careful with my furniture and even helped me arrange a few things in the new place. Overall, really satisfied.

I would suggested them once more.

Movers was extremely responsive through email all along, and they were convenient, productive, and amicable upon the arrival of the move. I expected to move the items for a one-room loft to a capacity unit. They brought all their own provisions, including cushioning, covers, and moving trucks and wrapped my delicate things prior to moving them. I would suggested them once more.

Zero Stars: Avoid HOME and Office Movers at All Costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. HOME and Office Movers is a third-party company hired by the broker that contracted my move, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. They don’t bother going over the contract, so please read it thoroughly before signing anything. They nickel and dime you for everything—charging extra for flights of stairs, additional cubic feet, and even for items they deem “extra.”

Stephanie, my point of contact, initially quoted me one price, only to later demand a higher amount. This company will take full advantage of you if you’re not careful. As a single mother, I was already stressed about the move, and they only added to my anxiety. They even broke my TVs and other belongings, and now they’re completely ghosting me—no responses to calls, texts, or emails.

To make matters worse, they require cash or postal money orders, which is a huge red flag. Clearly, they’re scared they won’t get paid after pulling off this scam. If you’re considering using them, do yourself a favor: find another company and hire an attorney to review the contract first. HOME and Office Movers should be ashamed of themselves, and believe me, God doesn’t like ugly.

Reliable moving company.

This company was neither the least expensive nor the most costly, but I chose them because they showed Amazing skills, care and interest. They always ready to work and did not waste any time. These guys are very hard working. I was very impressed with their service. I feel I got low-priced. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and reliable moving company.

The best moving company

The best moving company. They worked constantly until they were totally moved into our new home. They moved from furniture to costume. All our furniture was plastic wrapped and cushioned for protection and there were no losses. They separated furniture that expected to separated and appropriately re-gathered everything. They put all the furniture where we needed it. Not one thing was broken, or harmed in at any rate. Highly recommended.

Very careful in removing the safe

They called on the day of the move to let me know when their truck would be in site. I had to move some large heavy items including a gun safe and based on reviews hired Home And Office Movers. They gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and set a date and time to do the move. They showed up right on time. These guys were very careful in removing the safe from the closet and moving it out. They were strong moving all pieces easily and safely. Recommended.

I recommend them highly and without reservation!

Home And Office Movers provided excellent service from start to end. They were honest, accurate, careful, friendly, and quick to repair the few minor inevitable bits of damage. They picked up my stuff and stored it for 4 months, and delivered it all to my new house with everything intact and in place, including a grandfather clock, spinet piano, hutch, and an antique chest of drawers in addition to the rest of my furniture and boxes. I recommend them highly and without reservation!

We recently had Home And Office Movers move us last week and they did an absolutely fantastic job!! They were the ultimate professionals; showing great care with our belongings and went out of their way to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I needed to move a 100 year old piano from my home to my brother's home over 400 miles away. Having moved the piano two other times, I was very concerned about the move. Have not had a good experience in the past. I had previously contacted two other movers who said they would contact me when they had a move going in the direction of my brother's. They never did. So I contacted Home And Office Movers. It all went perfect. They took such great care when they picked up the piano and also great care when they delivered it to my brother. We were both so pleased. In addition to the quality of the move, the price was less than half of what I had been quoted before. Thank you Home And Office Movers.

I am very excited to be the first to leave this review for this company and to recommend it. It is because I feel this company is truly a hidden gem in these guys and I want to spread the good word of mouth for it as much as possible, as I would for any any company/restaurant I feel deserves it. Really, I am shocked that I basically had to stumble upon it haphazardly as detailed below. Pleasantly surprising (I mean, its just moving) customer service experiences I've had in recent years. They are amazing.

They are amazing, I received a call the same day, the lady was extremely helpful, gave me a quote and scheduled for the next day. The movers were at Home And Office Movers were highly professional, they picked up my couches and delivered in 30 mins. Highly recommended

We contacted these movers just two or three days before our move. They answered right away and set us up with a period that worked for us. The movers and the truck showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and quickly got to work making boxes, pressing, and moving us. Everybody on the group worked hard and proficiently. Always they decline my proposal for them to enjoy some time off. They were extremely considerate when we offered them drinks and appreciative when we tipped them. Highly recommended.

Truly simple to work with.

They are so effective and truly simple to work with. I was moving out of my home into an apartment on the third floor, with NO lift. I was concerned that they would charge me extra or would struggle with a portion of my greater furnishings, however they took care of it all around well with no additional charge. They came in a big truck with many equipment to make the move smoothly. Highly recommended.

The movers did a phenomenal job. They take their job very seriously. They don't waste time, and make your money worth their service. I specifically enjoyed their attention to some details. We impressed with them

This company was able to move me without damaging my furniture or dinging any of the walls in the new places. They wrapped all of my furniture in plastic, which I had not requested. I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom apartment that was about 15 miles away. They sent 3 movers to do the move. They were shockingly quick. We impressed with them. Highly recommended.

Wow! Cannot say enough good things about the Home And Office Movers! When I tell you this three-man crew does things that do not even seem humanly possible...Their crew loaded their truck up with materials from a 2-bedroom apartment that had been occupied for seven years, transported it all to a second-floor walk up with the narrowest, windiest staircase of all time, and unloaded a fully stuffed storage pod in a little over NINETY MINUTES. Everything was handled with the utmost care and attention. Excellent pricing, unbelievable timing. Wish I could go back in time and hire these guys for every move I've ever done. If you're looking for a trustworthy, efficient, well-priced moving company, you've found it.

I would 100% use them again!

We were highlight about moving, but this team was absolutely amazing! They were very efficient and got everything loaded, moved, and unloaded in UNDER TWO HOURS!!! Both penthouse are 4th floor walk-ups and they moved like it was nothing at all! They were very reliable and straightforward and made sure to control all of our items with care. They were great

I had called less than a week in advance for the last day of the month and they were the only ones that were actually available. They were the first recommended by friends, and the most reasonably priced! I called three other companies, and those companies would nickel and dime per item. Home And Office Movers was a flat rate of two hours (plus .5 hour for travel time), and they were really efficient and got us out of there and into the next place. They were great and I would recommend them again, any time!
